About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Azure Fabric Engineer to join our data engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, data modeling using Medallion Architecture, and cloud-based ETL tools like Azure Data Factory. This role requires a deep understanding of modern data engineering practices, including building scalable data pipelines, working with notebooks, and integrating data for analytics and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement data pipelines and lakehouse architecture using Microsoft Fabric.
• Develop robust data models based on the Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers).
• Build and manage pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) or Dataflow Gen2. Work with MS Fabric PySpark Notebooks to clean, transform, and process data.
• Enable end-to-end analytics using Power BI, including DAX, visuals, and data sets.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and analysts to deliver accurate, high quality data solutions.
• Maintain and optimize data pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong data modeling skills using Medallion Architecture.
• Expertise in Azure Data Factory / Dataflow Gen2.
• Experience with MS Fabric PySpark Notebooks.
• Proficiency in Power BI for reporting and dashboards.
• Excellent SQL skills and knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field. MBA is a plus.
