Inside Sales Representative
Responsibilities
- Managing and executing territory sales plan by contacting and selling into prospective accounts
- Actively participate in team meetings and events and share your customer, product and sales knowledge
- Managing and responding to the lead from lead channels like events, web leads, inbound phone leads, referrals etc. in your territory
- Cold calling prospective lists of accounts who have been identified, or brought to the role, as potential targets; maintain adequate telephone and meeting volumes as defined by Sales Management.
- Maintain and update sales progress reports and other administrative reporting mechanisms via Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Liaise effectively with internal departments (Product Development, Sales Support, and Marketing) to maximize sales opportunities and to keep up to date with existing and new services and marketing/sales campaigns
- Strong understanding of competitor products and services
- Occasional travel to customer sites may be required
Requirements
- 1 – 4 years’ experience selling IT services and solutions in technology or consulting industry
- Bachelor’s degree with studies in Technology or comparable industry experience
- Skilled at consultative and solution-based sales approach
- Proven ability of effective prospecting techniques via social media, email and outbound calling along with other communication tools
- Well organized and competent in strategic hunting, appointment setting and relationship management
- A basic understanding of Cloud concepts like IaaS, SaaS and PaaS
- Good Knowledge or understanding of Azure/AWS
- Understanding of Microsoft stack/open stack
- Proven track record of driving sales and closing deals
